Lawhorn & Associates Mortgage Company now offers Construction to permanent loans, which combine financing for the purchase of land, the construction of a home and a permanent mortgage into one loan with one closing.

Also, for homeowners we offer renovation mortgages, which combine the refinance of an existing mortgage, with home improvement financing, allowing up to 50 percent of the after-improvement value of the home to be used for renovation costs.
